Celebrating the Story of SWEEP

The conclusion of SWEEP and the programme’s remarkable successes were celebrated with a lunch reception at the end of January 2023 at The Box, Plymouth’s new museum and gallery space. SWEEP researchers, impact fellows and impact facilitators were joined by key partners and supporters representing business, policy, industry and society. Together we celebrated the achievements and marked the conclusion of this award-winning environmental economics research programme.

The SWEEP Celebration was designed to tell the story of SWEEP through short talks, a selection of SWEEP films, the Box permanent galleries, and a lunch a tasting menu showcasing local and seasonal produce. At the same time, we launched this legacy website and the SWEEP Impact Report 2023. Below is a short film and image gallery of the afternoon.
